Scope:

Scotia Village is located in an area with abundant land and generally mild weather making it an ideal location for detached housing, a type of housing which is more in demand subsequent to the pandemic. In response, SCA has created a “pocket neighborhood” or “bungalow court” that provides semi-detached homes, with generous back porches, enclosing a beautifully landscaped public courtyard that encourages interaction with neighbors
