Scope:

The new Life-long Learning Center Addition at Winter Park is a two story, 24,400 sf addition physically connected to the existing assisted living tower on campus.  Located on the main level, the LLC will house a 4,425 sf multi-purpose room that will seat up to 385 people, complete with elevated platform/ stage that will accommodate a variety of presentations & performances.  Support spaces for the LLC include a generous Pre-function area, dedicated storage, and elevated outdoor patio.  The basement level will provide 10,000 sf of additional storage and utility space.
