Silver Collection Signature Series at Town Madison is located in the heart of an up-and-coming community development called Town Madison located in Madison County, Alabama.  SCA, the architect of record, and Meeks and Partners, the initial Conceptual Design Architect, created an anchor neighborhood consisting of 363 luxury apartment homes and townhomes, located across from Toyota Field, home of the Rocket City Trash Pandas, and only steps away from restaurant row with a variety of cuisines to choose from. The community also contains a 3-story Clubhouse complete with resort style amenities, an outdoor pool, commercial spaces adjacent to restaurant row, and areas for co-working/habitation central to the principals of well-connected neighborhood environments fostered by Town Madison.
