Scope:

Vineyard at Bluffton is an approximately 96,000 square foot assisted living community that bridges the difference between traditional assisted living and amenity rich independent living. Located in Bluffton, SC, the project consists of 64 studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom assisted living apartments; and, 32 private memory care rooms with associated common areas. Generously sized assisted living apartments range from 400 SF studios, to 500 SF one-bedrooms to 800 SF two-bedrooms. Residents enjoy a Club Room with wet bar, restaurant style dining with a display cooking area and a wellness and therapy component bathed with natural light. All of these program spaces connect through abundant windows to the beautiful suburban site and generous, well landscaped interior and exterior courtyards.
