Scope:

Vineyard at Johns Creek is an approximately 108,000 square foot assisted living community consisting of 85 private,

one-bedroom, and two-bedroom assisted living apartments; and, 28 private and 7 shared memory care rooms with associated common areas. Ideally located adjacent to the local high school and amenities including shopping and restaurants, the community backs up to a wooded stream and residential areas. The community is planned to give abundant access to nature with two interior courtyards, one for assisted living residents and a second wandering courtyard for memory care residents. Residents will also enjoy a club room with wet bar, restaurant style dining with display cooking area and a wellness and therapy component bathed with natural light and beautiful views. Vineyard is designed in a timeless, classical language typical of fine Southern homes that gives residents a greater degree of comfort and engagement with their surroundings and community.
