Scope:

The Phase 1 work at West campus begins with broadening the market offer to include Villa Apartments, Twin Townhomes and Single-Family homes along with a Wellness Center Expansion and Dining Renovation. Three 18-apartment villas with underbuilding parking focus on a lovely landscaped pond at the front and overlook a wooded greenway at the back. Twin townhomes and single-family homes line a residential street with sidewalks, planting strips and street trees; and, enjoy views from the back to the central pond and greenspace or the greenway. All while expanding on amenities including a new indoor pool and spa, fitness, beauty and therapy spaces. The existing dining is also renovated and expanded to accommodate the communities new growth.
